I think the choice of athletes is pretty good. I would have loves to see Ricky compete too instead of just host the show.

He probably thought it was a “knock-out event” and if you host the show, at least you can’t get knocked out in the first round

And they should compete in the events similar to the athletes, to see who is the greatest presentor of them all!

I think he would have handled himself quite well too against these guys. 270m Drive straight down the fairway was impressive but i hear he plays off just about scratch anyway.
