Is 90 km fast for a bowler? Seems slow to me. All the guys did better than I thought they would

90km would be simple for Symonds, I think Lee bowled at like 140-150 in the good old days when we use to win the cricket.

It does seem pretty slow, but it was good for the other athletes beside Symonds, like Joel and Wincup

I had a bit of an imagining that Symonds wouldn’t get his perfect score. Nothing much to worry about at all, he was most excellent… of course smile

Yeah a perfect score in your field is going to be hard to beat in the future challenges

Yeah 90km/h isnt that fast, i thought they should have had it at around 120 or so, makes it a bit more interesting and most probally get some good laughs out of it too.

I thought it was too easy aswell, the 90km/h balls being bowled is like a spin bowler bowling with no spin.
I guess they had to make it easier for the other guys to have a chance, but in the end Symonds showed how it was too easy.

The speed is definitely easy but lets not forget the pressure he felt. 159 heart rate showed that he was feeling the heat. You’d feel like a tool not getting 100% in your chosen sport eh!

I was suprised how well Brett Deledio went. He looked like a natural with the bat. I would have liked to have seen the balls get heaps faster towards the end of the over though. Seeing Lote or Steve Hooker face a 150kph thunderbolt would have been funny.

My predictions.. 1st - Brett Deledio, 2nd - Billy Slater, 3rd - Andrew Symonds

I can imagine their management’s response to 150kph balls! Nope!

Thought Tuquiri would step up a little more. It’s a bit disappointing those reflexes let him down this time. Nerves maybe?

The pole vault guy went up to 179 on his heart rate.

They need to crank these challenges to make them tough. it 90km is easy (seems like it) then that’s like a swimming challenge with floaties!!! hehe

I guess episode 1 you have to ease them into it.

90kmH is slow. Thats wat the spinners are bowling. Slow pacers are doing between 110-120kmh. Plus now you have johnson and siddle doing 140 kmh plus
